Update! Ish!
As yesterday was payday, today was spend-money-day. Sort of. Bought presents for Tessie and my stepsister, and then bought my mother's gift for Mikkel, since she'd have to go into Aarhus to get it, which is further for her than Copenhagen is for me. I am such a good daughter, yes I am. Well. Kind of a good daughter, any way. I bought PotC, ALW 'Greatest Hits' and Kim Larsens 'Greatest' for myself. I also bought a calendar for 2005, which was a bit of a mistake, but oooh, so pretty. It's Lempicka and has my favourite paiting of hers, Printemps. I also bought Les Deux Amis poster, until I realized I have nowhere to put it. Cursed diaganol walls. And I don't fancy trying to hang it up in the room I share with my step-sis at my mothers - tolerance, after all, can only go so far, and she's still rather young. So back it went, and I now have 68kr to spend in a poster store. Hm.
I managed to save money by not buying the JCS soundtrack as I was planning to do. I did find the one from the library and discovered that the 2000 version does not include Damned for all time/Blood Money. Bah! Also saved money by not buying the Simon & Garfunkel concert; I expect it'll be cheaper post-Christmas anyway, and reviews for it have been rather bad, so...Still, I will buy it at some point, how could I resist?
Spoke to Dad about touring universities this summer; he suggested I do it by myself. I know I turn 18, but still, I hardly think I'd be able to cope with that, not to mention the porblems I'd have with transportation. But he relented, and now we just have to find a week/four days where it's suitable. Damn summervacation is far, far too short. I also need to find more universities to visit; I am rather interested in making my chances of being accepted as big as possible. So far I have Leciester, Cambridge, Oxford and Liverpool on my list - any other suggestions?
I need to wrap presents tonight and pack for Christmas. Hm. Could possibly do this while watching PotC. Or I could watch JCS again. Hmm.
emeani,
emmuli,
ruggerdavy,
yatina and
madfrog, thank you for your cards! I know I suck for not sending anything - make it up to you around brithday time? Promise?

Date: 2004-12-21 05:40 pm (UTC)I could always come, due to also needing to look. Despite, not really wanting to go to Oxford/Cambridge. Or Leicester/Liverpool. But whatever.
Just tell me when you're coming.

Date: 2004-12-21 05:47 pm (UTC)Do you really need to tour them this summer? Wouldn't next summer be more logical?
