Klein Sexual Orientation Grid
I scored an average of 3.9
0 | 1 | 2 | 3 | 4 | 5 | 6 |
Heterosexual | Bisexual | Homosexual |
Meaning
This result can also be related to the Kinsey Scale:0 = exclusively heterosexual
1 = predominantly heterosexual, incidentally homosexual
2 = predominantly heterosexual, but more than incidentally homosexual
3 = equally heterosexual and homosexual
4 = predominantly homosexual, but more than incidentally heterosexual
5 = predominantly homosexual, incidentally heterosexual
6 = exclusively homosexual
Summary
The idea of this excercise is to understand exactly how dynamic a person's sexual orientation can be, as well as how fluid it can be over a person's lifespan. While a person's number of actual homo/heterosexual encounters may be easy to categorize, their actual orientation may be completely different. Simple labels like "homosexual", "heterosexual", and "bisexual" need not be the only three options available to us.Take the quiz
My mother's in Copenhagen for the weekend, which is fun; of course, I'm actually busy for once, which complicates things, but I'm sure it'll work out.
What else is new? Well, I spent Wednesday partially in a bus, partially skiing in possibly the least charming place in Sweden ever. But somuchfunomg! Particularly the bus trip - it really hit home the fact that my high school career is almost over. And I like my class, adore quite a few of my classmates, and it just annoys me so that I *know* I won't keep in contact with most of them, because I'm not that close, but I'm going to miss them. But anyway, the trip was brilliant - and I didn't even mind the fact that we were home an hour late because of a car crash, because I was having so much fun, odkring around with Kim and David - particularly Kim was good, since we haven't really being hanging out much lately, and that's silly, because she's such a sweet girl and talking to her is incredibly easy. So that was good.
However, I still think that starting at 6.15 is completely unreasonable.
Ah, I also seem to have fallen a little into Without a Trace. Because I need more angst in my life, yes I do. Except for the part where I really, really don't. Argh. Still, so damn pretty, particularly Danny, who obviously is made of one part sex, one part angst, and one part self confidence wrapped in an incredibly pretty man. Gah!
This is kinda of pointless, but oh well. I really just wanted to squee about Wednesday. Also, Tess & Sofie, I need to talk to you at some point.
ETA: And I got into to Nottingham. So back to curling up with prospecti to make choices. God, I need this to go away.

omg, you went skiing? I... never have. Go figure.
You know where I am, darling. And I'll be here all day, except for tonight when I'm off to the movies.
Okay, for serious? And *you* were concerned no one would accept you. Heee. Honey, you *rock*. Also, I adore you.

I did! And I was quite decent at it! Not ridiculously so, but I was okay.
*hugs you tight* Thank you, that means a lot.
Yep. Hee!

Date: 2006-03-04 03:43 pm (UTC)Heee. I should try it some time, when I'm certain there's no one to laugh at me when I fall on my arse from incompetence. ;)

Date: 2006-03-04 03:45 pm (UTC)Well, I've been skiing since I was teeny-tiny and I still fall over. Except my falls are a lot more impressive now *g*

Date: 2006-03-04 04:01 pm (UTC)But my point still stands. Also, I wasn't in imminent danger of *dying* at the time, and I can reasonably say that I was high on endorphins at the time. And then I can't be responsible for my actions.

And, yay for Nottingham!! *dances* Which one are you leaning most toward?

I don't know - currently I'm spazzing about leaving Denmark, because I can't quite cope with the idea of leaving right now. But even without that, I really don't know. I'm not too keen on Newcastle or Nottingham, but apart from that, I got nothing.
