I know what you mean - I know exactly what you mean (it's telling that Signe, my closest friend from high school, once straight out asked whether the reason I never called her was because I didn't like her. *headdesk*). But the thing is that people are pretty awesome, and if you explain to them what's been going on and point out that you are *aware* of your flaws, they're pretty forgiving. And Sofie, you are lovely, people want to be your friend and they will understand. ♥ (Feel free to ignore all this, if it sounds preachy - I freely admit that I don't have the most functional social life in the history of the world).
