Firstly: People, prepare your apocalypses...We Won!!! The Red Sox's bloody won the series and I saw the final inning, OMG! I'd gone to bed and then around 5, my dad woke me up, yelling THEY'RE WINNING, GODDAMNIT, THEY'RE WINNING!! And it was the most awesome thing. *is all squee-y happy* I practically *bounced* to school. So many kinds of cool.

THIS IS WHY DANISH TV SHOULD SHOW BASEBALL, DAMN THEM! IT IS AN AWESOME, FABULOUS, GRIPPING SPORT!!

Um. Yes. While on a baseball note, Happy Birthday [livejournal.com profile] ruggerdavey! Hope you had/have a wonderful day.

My preffered Majors all seem to equal teaching jobs. What's up with that? Also, what's up with the future panic going on with me right now? I swear, yesterday I was talking over grades with my dad, talking about how physics is sucking me into it's vortex of doom, and complaining 'if I get an 8, it'll ruin my average and I won't get accepted to any college and won't be able to do Social Science in Denmark, OMG'

I don't even want to study Social Science. Dude, WTF? I mean, I understand this is all a reaction to the moron parade of yesterday where Uni-students come and try to explain the different areas of Majors, bumbling through the whole thing. It wasn't exactly what you'd call enlightening, but, but, but it did inform me that Study Abroad [a bazaar of opporunites to study abroad] is on the 5-6 of November. This year I have to attend. I'm more-or-less sure I want to study in England, because if I'm going to get a useless degree, I might as well get it the cheaper of two options. Especially if I should choose to go for broke and do English. Only problem is I don't know if any English university's offer women studies or queer theory. I mean, I would be doing them as side courses, but I want to do them. Hm. Remind me to do a list of questions for the 5-6th.

Okay, I am going to go do ficathon, the re-write math, then read a little on [Danish] liberalism, and then I do believe it will be time to curl up in bed with my book. Mmm, life is so good. Mmm.

Also, math grades are in, as are geography and English grades. None of them sucked, and now my two panic classes are left - Spanish and physics. Eeeks.

You know Tess, I've turned down three election dates for you. You'd better come through here.

Hm, hm, hm, it's been a while since I listened to this song.

*is overcome with memories and love*

I am watching Killa's Star Trek videos and it reminded me - I so need to buy the first season DVDs. Star Trek is a major guilty pleasure for me; it has almost now redeeming factors, except that it's cheesy and so slashy, no matter what everyone else says (so there!) I mean, yes, everyone know William Shanter isn't the best actor. Everyone knows that the speial effects are Creature from the Swamp-ish. But for sci-fi schmooze and cheese...heh. It's almost Old School ;-)

Also, she has a vid by Randy Newman who is amazing. I love his music. And his voice. And the fact that he did the music for the slashiest Disney movie ever.

Edit: Things that shall be joining ST on my wishlist are TMBG 'Severe Tire Damage', the Complete Adventures of Sherlock Holmes and The Handmaid's Tale. I wish it were Christmas now (alternately, Febuary, which would be even better than all that and a bowl of cherry sauce)

Edit, the sequel: Tina, Dee, Emmi, what do you guys want for Christmas?
