I just...I like him. He reminds me partly of my brother, partly of my two best male friends and partly the bastard I had a slight crush on last year. Even - actually, exactly when he's doing the thing like with Tosh. *sighs* Though it was a bitchy thing to do, I think Owen is worried that the slightest word is going to send Gwen fleeing for the hills.
Because Owen is a rapist. Full-stop. And there's no redeeming him in some parts of fandom. Never mind that they all fangirl Jack, who may have murdered and tortured people, who is exceedly callous with human lives (okay, so this just *bugged* me about Countrycide. *headdesk*). But it's okay! He has *angst*, people.
I just like them all (except, really, Ianto. Gah!) and I've come to terms with the fact that I'm not watching for morals and deep plot, it's my fantasy/happy hour. Whee, shallow!
