Dear [vampirespider],
Thank you for sending your grades. For English and History we would require, from the Danish context, a grade of 10 overall, so that with 10.1 you are fine, and I note that your grades for both English and History equal or exceed the same level. There is also a question of an English language qualification, which I imagine will not be a problem for you. Our university expresses the level of this qualification in a variety of ways - I think the best idea is if I e-mail you the relevant web page where the various formulas are listed, just so you can check that your no doubt very good English conforms to one of these standards. With the proviso that this question of an English language standard can be settled, I can say now that if you apply to us through Clearing, and if we have vacant places (which is virtually certain), we will accept you at once.
With best wishes,
John Peacock
YAY! *runs around in circles*
Things are looking up on that front.
And now, I'm going to go sleep. Because I need to not be this tired.
