Gemma's gone home and I do not approve. It feels like she just got here yesterday. And it's two weeks until I see her again - proving, by the by, that time is utterly relative, because two weeks is going to seem like a two months. Don't get me wrong, I love being home, but being with Gemma is addictive. Being at university is addictive. I miss it.

However, I don't miss it enough to look forward to my exams, the dates for which I now have. 3 hours of English on the 25th (handwritten exams! *cries*) and 2 hours of History on the 30th, though I am expecting that to move to the 28th just to piss me off.

Still. It does give me the entire month of June off. I highly approve. Anyone want to come visit?

Ho-hum. Time to go face the extended family again.

Wow, lucky you. I have to hand in my American History and Society exam paper on the 11th (of June) and my oral exam in Literature will probably be around that time as well. But then I'm free. :-)

I'd be seriously tempted to visit you if I had any money, even though we've never met in RL. But I'm going to have to find work this summer, if I can. *sighs*

Sounds tough! I'm quite pleased with mine, and so far - nothing on my birthday. Plus, all of June through September off. That can't be a bad thing *grins*

Man, I need a job too. I've been mooching of the parentals for rent, but I don't want to do that next year, so yeah. August and September are going to be all about the work. But when you get money, you should totally come visit! ♥

Wow, September too? How many weeks of teaching do you have each semester? We used to get 13 but we only got 12 this semester. They couldn't afford more. *sighs*

By the way, how long will you be studying in Leicester? I don't know how but I seem to have completely missed that bit of information and it sounds like it's going to be longer than I assumed.

Eh. Uhm. I think it's th 16th. Or the 15th, maybe. I'm not sure.
I'm a bit nervous as I have two classes I do so not want to get up in. And as the prev. years meant 'what I did not want come up in' = 'what I cam eup in'... It shouldn't surprise me if I get up in those two classes. So, yeah, nervous.

*hugs* I know. It's just...I woke up this morning, and it was *cold*, and I reached out for her, half-awake, and fell out of bed, and I just wanted her so bad. It's so weird, feeling like this. It's kind of scary, wanting her so much.

She did wonderfully - I think in the end, we're more amusing than scary. But I was so happy to see how she got along with my dad.

Of course! I may be spending all of August here, so we should definitely meet up a couple of (hundred) times then - particularly if (*when* dammit!) Gemma comes over! *hugshugs* Also, Freya may be coming to Denmark, so we three (and Tess!) should meet up, or something.
