ink_splotch | (no subject)

Only in my world (well, okay, maybe a ficcers world, in general) is the excuse 'I just found a really long fic and I have to finish' useful as procrastination. I mean, I feel a responsibility to get to the end of this fic before I do anything else (possibly why I don't read much *long* fic these days), as much, if not more, than I feel responsibility to finish a book, or a film.

However, I really, really, really need to clean. I mean, my room is at the point where my dad thinks bombing it might be an improvement, and I have to agree.

But, man, I'm reading *plot*. For the first time in ages (ages being a week or so, but shh) and I want to finish.

Sofie, Tess, if this place is still a mess tomorrow, blame Tom Fontana.
